Flat Roofing Weybridge

Flat roofs fail at the details — upstands, outlets and joins — long before the middle of the sheet gives up. In Weybridge that matters more than most places: the KT13 area is dominated by large detached homes with complex, multi-pitch roofs, and heavy tree cover, wet winters and clay soils mean moss growth, blocked gutters and slipped tiles are common. Our roofers know the private estates around St George's Hill and the streets around them, so we arrive with the right materials and the right access plan first time.

Dormers and large single-storey extensions on detached homes in Weybridge are ideal for GRP or EPDM — seamless, tidy and walkable for maintenance.

How we work in Weybridge: we strip back to sound decking, replace anything soft, add firrings so water actually runs to the outlet, then lay a high-performance felt, EPDM or GRP system dressed properly into every upstand. You get a free inspection, clear photos and a fixed written quote before any flat roofing work begins. Most single-storey extension or garage flat roofs are completed within one to two days with minimal disruption.

Homeowners in KT13 choose us because we answer the phone, turn up when we say and tidy up after ourselves. Our family-run, fully insured team also covers Oatlands, St George's Hill, Byfleet and the rest of Surrey for flat roofing and all general roofing work. Weybridge sits right in the middle of our regular rounds, with Cobham (about 3 miles away), Claygate (about 4 miles away) and Esher (about 4 miles away) all close by, so flat roofing visits in KT13 fit easily into our schedule.
