New Roofs & Re-Roofing
New Roofs & Re-Roofing in Truro, Cornwall
New roofs in Truro — our expert new roof installers cover Truro, TR1 and the nearby villages of Highertown, Malabar, Threemilestone, including the slate roofs beneath Truro Cathedral, carrying out complete roof replacements and re-roofing in tile, slate and flat roofing systems.
For listed and conservation-area properties in Truro we specify natural slate or handmade clay tiles and traditional lead details, so a new roof meets planning requirements and looks as though it has always been there.
A typical house re-roof takes three to six working days, scaffolded throughout, with a fixed written price agreed before we start. On every Truro job the approach is the same — we strip the covering back to the rafters, check and treat the timbers, then rebuild with breathable membrane, new battens and your chosen tile or slate, finished with dry ridge and verge so nothing relies on mortar alone. Nothing starts until you have a fixed, written price backed by photographs.
Homeowners in TR1 choose us because we answer the phone, turn up when we say and tidy up after ourselves. Our family-run, fully insured team also covers Highertown, Malabar, Threemilestone and the rest of Cornwall for new roofs and all general roofing work. The same crews that handle new roofs in Truro are regularly working in Falmouth (about 8 miles away), Redruth (about 8 miles away) and Newquay (about 10 miles away), so booking a slot in TR1 is rarely a long wait.
If you are looking for new roof installers in Truro, our local roofing contractors provide complete new roofing services across TR1 and the surrounding villages of Highertown, Malabar, Threemilestone. From a full roof replacement on a tired Georgian townhouses and Cornish slate roofs property to a brand new tiled roof or new slate roof finished with dry ridge and verge, our roofers handle every stage of the re-roofing process in Truro with fixed prices and full guarantees.
A roof replacement is one of the biggest home improvements you can make, which is why homeowners searching for new roofing services near me in Truro choose a company that does not subcontract. Our roofing installers strip back to sound rafters, fit breathable membrane and treated battens, then lay clay tiles, concrete tiles or natural slate to match the character of Truro and Cornwall. Not sure whether you need a full re-roof or just repairs? We offer free inspections in Truro, Highertown, Malabar, Threemilestone and throughout Cornwall.
